My mission is to help men become their best selves by embracing authentic masculinity and build the relationship of their dreams.
I'm currently building a community of women and men under different brands to eventually introduce healthy men and women from these communities.

I strongly believe that in order to attract your ideal partner, it is crucial to prioritize self-improvement and gain insight into your own behavioural patterns before understanding theirs.
Through my own personal journey and experiences with love, infidelity and cluelessness about women, I have come to realize a common pattern: many individuals have had challenging childhoods that shape their subconscious beliefs and, consequently, impact their romantic relationships and outcomes.
It was through this introspection that I discovered the significance of addressing limiting beliefs, false ideas and healing myself first before having unshakeable confidence to attract women that I desired. I've been happily married for over 7yrs now with an amazing baby boy.
The core principles that I teach are based on my F.A.S.T strategy:
Fix & Find (F):
We look at healing past unhealthy programming from childhood: identifying and addressing patterns that are affecting your relationships.
Recovering from low self-esteem/self-worth and a negative self-image to gain charisma, attractiveness and confidence.
Learning to express and set boundaries and creating interdependence vs. dependence while dating and in relationships.
Attraction (A):
Providing insight into the subconscious desires and needs of men and women based on short and long-term mating strategies.
Helping men and women regain a sense of masculine and feminine polarity to create sexual chemistry based on the laws of attraction.
The ins and outs of attraction and optimising your appearance and grooming to win.
Synchronise (S):
Understanding how love is created through complimentary qualities and compatibility of needs vs compatibility of priorities.
Creating a plan to build a marriage based around objective healthy reference points vs fantasy and Disney ideas.
Understanding how to meet each other's 6 universal needs and the vehicles that drive them as healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Track (T):
Learning to calibrate yourself to each other's changing needs that will naturally occur in your journey as you progress in your relationship.
Mastering the rules for arousal and how to keep the attraction developing whilst building deep-rooted feelings of love, respect and trust to keep each other loyal.
The finishing touches, helping to sustain a long term relationship and foster desire with key elements that every couple must have.
A few facts about me!
Originally from South-East Asia, I moved to the UK when I was 8 years old. I had a very successful career in the art & design industry after graduating in BA Interactive Multimedia. As a senior menswear designer for men's high street fashion my designs have been sold throughout UK and Ireland.
However, my studies in human biology and a deep desire to understand why me exes cheated on me and kept leaving me led me to become obsessed with evolutionary psychology and behavioural psychology to figure out why.
In the process of this journey I learned the secrets to understanding why I failed and how to help other men like me facing the same dilemmas with women as well as their own health.
What I discovered and found led me to finally getting married at exactly the age I planned (35yrs) and I've been happily married since.
After a decade in learning about how people work I decided to get my diploma and certified to become "qualified". In reality 90% of what I learned from this proved to me why the current psychology and counselling industry is failing men.
I turned towards coaching instead of counselling to avoid placing myself into a box by the industry so I could teach men and women what actually works. Because of the polarising content I often teach I keep my identity anonymous in public settings to safeguard my personal life and family.
