I use a combination of Integrated Therapy approach using; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Person Centred Therapy.
These are outcome oriented sessions that require you spending time outside of the sessions to do further research on the topics and techniques I share and to adopt the strategies and methods learned within the session by applying them as soon as possible.
Each session comes with resources, task oriented outcomes leading into tracking your progress each week. You get additional resources such as links to supplementary videos, audio recordings and PDF documents as per your individual situation and the root problems discovered.
Please note, these sessions can be very intense as a lot of things are covered and uncovered to get to the root causes. These sessions are breakthrough sessions and alone will not be enough for change and transformation to occur in your life. You have to apply and use what you learn for the results to occur.
For the purpose of reviewing sessions, keeping track of progress and keeping evidence of sessions taking place as well as the interaction during session, the sessions are recorded by audio only with an offline software to help safeguard your identity as much as possible.
Based on client/coach confidentiality agreement, this audio will only be shared with client using WeTransfer, for reviewing the session and making additional notes by the client towards applying what was learned and will NEVER be shared with third-party or made public without the written consent of the client.

The aim of this stage is to heal your childhood wounds and traumas, regrets, internalised shame and anger towards yourself. This will help to attract you to men who have healthy attachment styles themselves, instead of men who are emotionally unavailable or immature. This involves digging deep into the initial memories that caused the trauma and unblocking any memories that have remained dormant and blocked as a way for the body to cope. These memories must be freed to find the missing pieces to the puzzle of the root causes.
Session 1: Addressing your unique attachment style
Watch the 3 videos on insecure attachment styles by Dr Kim Sage to determine which style you most resonate with prior to session.
Understanding the impact of attachment on relationships, neediness, insecurities and commitment issues. Discovering your attachment style properly through analysis of your primary caregiver interactions.
Taking a deep dive into strategies that can be used daily to slowly start healing your attachment style. Check attachment style healing guide for your attachment style.
Testing out the strategies in your own time and daily pattern to gain positive confirmation of healthy interactions. Learning to build on a new framework of positive experiences to override the past negative ones.
Session 2: Using the 3 languages method to gain self-control and grounding
Learning to grieve and let out the pain. A guided strategy to allow your body to shed tears and let the blocked up pain leave. Healing the body by releasing the built up tension.
Access to document guide to practical exercises and daily behaviours to implement healing to your specific attachment style and lifestyle.
Understanding the “3 languages grounding technique” to make you conscious of your attachment triggers to prevent them controlling you.
Learning to stand up to those who trigger your attachment by setting ground rules for conversations and receiving your time and energy. Learning to respond, not react.
Session 3: Understanding your fears and learning to trust yourself
Understanding the conditions of trust in the world we live in and how it is gained.
Applying this rule of trust building towards God as the objective source of peace and reliance. How to let your actions manifest with heavenly support by practising patience the right way.
Digging deep into your worst fears surrounding your survival, success and relationships.
Challenging your fears through ‘narrative therapy’ and ‘cognitive restructuring’.
Gaining self-reliance, inner strength and confidence through mastering of knowledge and experience. How to trust yourself to handle any situation and whatever outcome occurs.
Session 4: How your attachment style can drive your spouse away
Understanding the 5 ways attachment issues can drive your spouse or partner away. Fear of abandonment, fear of trusting, emotional distancing, need for control and inability to communicate.
Addressing each of the issues with an example to provide clarity.
Addressing the key issues from the 5 that are relevant to your attachment style by going through past memories and rewiring the meanings to a healthy response.
Learning about the “fight cycle” to prevent repetitive arguments by recognising the negative patterns. Individual strategies provided for both partners to help each other recognise and stop the escalation.
Method to avoid blaming each other. Defining the common enemy of the “fight cycle” and naming it as a third party to give it a form away from each other.
